Senior Pastor

Ashley Saunders has been our Senior Pastor since April 2009, when he and his family moved from Sydney, where he had led another Baptist Church.

Ashley has a background in Law, having served as a Solicitor for 19 years - but his emphasis in ministry is on the scandal of God's grace demonstrated to us in Christ Jesus. Ashley sees his role as being a missionary leader of missionary people.

Associate Pastor

Phil Gibbs has been our Associate Pastor since December 2002 and focuses his ministry in two key areas: Pastoral Care and Small Groups.

Phil has a technical background and enjoys playing drums but really his heart beats for those who have not yet experienced the great love of God personally. 

Youth Pastor

Tim Everett commenced serving in the church as youth worker whilst completing Bible College. In August of 2005 Tim commenced working full-time as Youth and Young Adults Pastor.

Childrens Pastor

June Lambourne has been a part of the pastoral team part time since July 2006 as Childrens Pastor.

 241 Ministries Coordinator

Gary Truloff is a member of our Staff who oversees our 241 Ministries. Our 241 Chat Room is located at 241 Brisbane Street, Ipswich.
